If you'd like, go ahead. Having something send notifications automatically about the board meeting would save me a bit of trouble. -- bryce
Adding agenda items
- At the end of every meeting we have an Other Business agenda item where new items are welcome to be contributed by anyone.
- Board members can also request agenda items at the start of a meeting, for discussion during the meeting
- At any time, any one is welcome to raise issues on the board mailing list. If board members wish to discuss it at the next meeting it can be added to the agenda.
