== layer keys

• alt+L go to the layer list in the statusbar
• ctrl+shift+L layers dialog
• ctrl+shift+{home, end, pgup, pgdn} move the current layer up or down among siblings
• shift+{home, end, pgup, pgdn} jump selection up/down across layers (and switch layers correspondingly); if nothing selected just switch layers
