Inkscape Doxygen documentation for Inkscape source is available online at https://inkscape.gitlab.io/inkscape/doxygen/.
We also have Doxygen documentation on the Python extension modules at https://inkscape.gitlab.io/inkscape/doxygen-extensions/.

Documentation is updated daily by a CI job (see source-doc in .gitlab-ci.yml).
