Présentation générale

Le projet Inkscape est fier d'annoncer la sortie d'une nouvelle version de son éditeur de graphismes vectoriels libre et ouvert. Cette version 0.47 embarque des évolutions majeures dans les fonctionnalités principale et introduit quelques puissants outils supplémentaires.

Résumé des évolutions

Nœuds

Significant work on the node tool mean it is now possible to edit clipping paths and masks of objects on the canvas, without releasing them and the snapping and dragging controls are much more precise. There is also a new option to Auto smooth nodes.

Ajustement

Several new modes are added to the Tweak tool for transforming, duplicating, and deleting selected objects using the same "soft brush" metaphor that the path editing and coloring modes use. Using these new modes, it is easy to "sculpt" scatterings of small objects, such as clone tilings, into complex and naturalistic textures.

Calligraphie

Settings can now be saved and restored as presets to create a range of repeatable effects and the alt and shift keys modify to tool for quick fixes to the selected path without leaving the tool.

Gomme

A whole new tool for rubbing out! Two modes offer different approaches to removing unwanted objects or parts of objects.

Over a year in the making Inkscape version 0.47 is a major update. The core development team have focused on refactoring much of the core technology that drives Inkscape and opened the way for greater flexibility and interoperability with other graphic tools. Inkscape performance is greatly increased now that historical code that was blocking this improvement has been removed by the refactoring effort. All users should upgrade now.

Inkscape est un outil de dessin libre utilisant le format de graphisme vectoriel SVG défini par le Word Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Parmi les fonctionnalités du SVG prises en charge se trouvent les formes de base, les chemin, le texte, les marqueurs, les clones, la transparence, les transformations, les gradients et les groupes. Inkscape supporte également les métadonnées Creative Common, l'édition de nœuds, les calques, les opérations complexes sur les chemins, la conversion de textes en chemins, le positionnement de textes sur des formes, et l'édition du SVG XML. Il importe les formats EPS, PostScript et la plupart des formats matriciels, et exporte en PNG, PS, PDF et en de nombreux formats vectoriels. Additional work includes conversion of the codebase from C/Gtk to C++/Gtkmm, emphasizing a lightweight core with powerful features added through an extension mechanism, and maintaining a friendly, open, community-oriented development process.
