<p>Geece: How to scale or rotate some points within a shape?</p> <hr /> <div>Any one can give me some idea? I'm a Illustrator user for 10 years. I want to make some custom shape but it cost me a lot of time in inkscape and the result is not so......May be I over look some features!?</div>
