Perspective LPE

The idea is to have a LPE that does the same result than a Perspective Effect.

This effect is different from the Deformation Envelope LPE. Indeed perspective change is not envelope transformation.

(I had problems opening that file on Opera and Firefox: the text objects didn't show up and the page size wasn't adjusted to the graphics so it looked too small, I corrected this and converted the text to paths. The result is here --19:49, 9 January 2008 (UTC))
