[edit] Perspective LPE

This Project is part of a student project from Ecole Centrale de Lyon.

The idea is to have a LPE that does the same result than a Perspective Effect.

This effect is different from the Deformation Envelope LPE. Indeed perspective change is not envelope transformation. See this Mock-up for illustration.

The algorithm from the 2geom toy "plane 3d" will be used.
